Refection on gym
Today i first worked on my cardio by doing about 11mins on the treadmill, i ran like 2point something kms, made my legs pretty stuffed. Next i did dumbells for awhile, made my arms dead. Did some pullups, was algood :) The thing that stufed me up the most was the cycle because sir was pushing me to my limits which made my legs even deader :L The difference between today and yesterdays workout was that i planned what i was going to do before i got there, and it like made everything easier for me. I wasnt walking around like a weirdo thinking what should i do next, so yeaaaah. Everyone brang there correct gear and everyone participated fully. Overall i think everyone had a good workout :) shot sir.
