Gym
Yesterday we went to the otara gym to do fitness stuff. We all had to have correct gear and and a towel. When we first got there we had to go into this room where Scott talked to us about some of the stuff in the gym, we got changed and walked in to the fitness centre. First, Sir demonstrated some of the equipment for safety reasons, straight after that we could go and do what ever. I mostly worked on my fitness, like running, biking and shit. Did dumbells and quadriceps tooo, algood workout. Overall everyone participated and we all had a good session. Cant wait till tomorrow, to go back again. Fa
