Safety in physical games and stuff like that.

Safety.
- By having eachothers back, looking out for them.
- Working as a team.
- Being supportive.
- No putdowns and stuff like that.
- Watch where your running.
- Watch where your aiming.

Overall my safety was average because i tended to trip people up, but that was all. i was pretty algood this year with safety and stuff like that.

todays session

todays session was different from all the others, it was way boringer :L we played all these mini games. we were supposed to go to the rec centre but we played up so we stayed back. to be honest i didnt enjoy todays session, super duper boring. but algoood

What ive learnt.

Over the last 5-6 weeks, ive learnt that if you dont participate fully you miss out on cool trips to piha :L but then again, ive learnt how to cooperate way better in a team and ive learntnew strategies to figure out problems. Ive also learnt how to use blogger, its waaay better then writing stuff down on paper. And yeah, i cant really remember the things weve done. But yeah, hopefully theres another sport ppt during the year.

todays session

today we arrived in class, where sir started talking to us about this little challenge. we had to figure out his ittle riddell things, was pretty easy though. next we had to go into a circle to play these other little games, was algood but i sucked at them :L we then had a break, but at the same time we had to meet down at the gym at 10.30. my little group got there first so we got to start first, i first started on the treadmill for 15min, that got me pretty tired, and my legs were already buggered. Next i did some weights for awhile, but then i just kicked back on the cycle and watched league highlights. Todays session was pretty algood, wasnt in the mood for the gym though. shot sir (:

Todays session.

todays session was pretty solid, we played 3 way soccer with like 5 balls, had algood rules too. hopefully we play it again sometime. everyone participated which was awesome :L my team ended up coming 2nd, could of won but naaah. next we played crash mat rugby, our team ripped up the penrose team by miles :L good game though, but some people started mucking around so we had to pack up and gap it back to school :/ overall i really enjoyed todays session :) shot sir.

Tomorrows gym session.

Tomorrow im going to start with a 20min run on the treadmill at a speed of 13 then increase it upto 15 at 17mins. Then im gonna pump some weights for biceps, bicep curls do 10 to 1, then do tricep curls so yeah, and i wanna do some exercise to make my shoulders bigger :L then im gonna finish off with a bike ride for 15min or something like that? yeee algoood.
